Introduction

Visually-impaired Yee Ling is talented in computer graphics and light clay creation with a fondness for creating cute characters. Her Japanese animation-and-comic style drawings feature mainly Japanese Yōkai, such as witches, deities and monsters. She takes light clay making as a highly creative and entertaining process similar to cooking, using different materials and mixing them together to create an artwork.

Being passionate about painting, Yee Ling has published her catalogue of drawings. She has also participated in an exhibition organized by the Centre For Community Cultural Development to share her light clay artworks with the public. She hopes to spread the message that people with visually impairment can create appealing artworks.
